I am a fourth generation REALTOR®. Real Estate comes naturally to me. I have lived in Washington State almost my entire life, growing up in King County and migrating to Snohomish County in 1992. I am educated in the industry, communities, schools and recreational activities available in the counties that I work in. I am licensed to work in all of Washington State and specialize in King and Snohomish Counties. I am ways active in my community and love to "Give Back" to the communities that I work and serve. I donate to local charities and have served on the Board of Directors for Washington REALTORS® and my local association. With our ever-changing market, we have to stay on top of everything. From years of Pre-Foreclosure properties / Short Sales. Successfully closing my first Short Sale transaction in 1999, becoming a Certified Short Sale Specialist in 2005 and affiliating myself with National Short Sale Experts across the country to become the best for all of my clients. Family

I have a wonderful husband and four fantastic children. Our oldest son served with the United States Marines and became a homeowner in 2008. We have two daughters that graduated 2010 and 2012 and our youngest in 2017. Our oldest is a local business owner Cross View Glass , Our daughter is a  Stylist on San Juan, another daughter works for a Florida Based Company  and another son works at Boeing.   As a family we enjoy hiking, camping, traveling and movies & popcorn nights at home; just being a family. Having a family means that I have a well equipped home office and have everything at my fingertips for my clients. It enables me to give my Client's Superior Service and still manage to maintain balance between business and family without interruption.  My goal is to have each and every client, feel as if they're my only client.
